All of our custom multi-colour gaming gear and controller stands are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 0to 3 business days.

We ship all orders across the UK using standard delivery. Shipping is a flat rate of £3.00 for everything on our store, no matter how many items you order. Once your package is posted, standard delivery typically takes 0 to 7 business days to arrive at your door.

return policy

We want you to be completely happy with your custom 3D prints. If you change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of your package being delivered. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If your controller stand or gear arrives broken, damaged, or faulty from the post, please contact us immediately. Send a photo of the damage to our customer service email, and we will gladly send you a free replacement or issue a full refund through email

Warranty

If your product develops a fault within one year of purchase, our warranty covers repairs or replacement. Simply return the product to us and email our customer support team with your order details and a description of the issue. Once we have assessed the item, we will repair it or provide a replacement in like-new condition where applicable.
